SUBMISSION OF REAL ESTATE LEADS FOR POTENTIAL DEVELOPMENT

 

North Bridge deals only with brokers licensed in the jurisdiction of the referred property or owners of the property. Brokers must provide their license number when submitting a referral. North Bridge disclaims any duty to pay a commission, finder’s fee or other compensation to a broker until (if at all) North Bridge has elected in its sole discretion to execute a written agreement for the purchase of the property from the seller. North Bridge shall not be obligated to pay a commission, finder’s fee or other compensation to any person submitting a property lead to North Bridge for consideration except as provided in a signed agreement described above. Absent such agreement, it shall be conclusively presumed that a broker will be exclusively compensated by a seller.

 

DESCRIPTION OF LEASING OPPORTUNITIES

 

Content describing availability, features, floor plans, elevations, pricing, current or proposed tenants and other pertinent data regarding a commercial property is subject to change without notice and should be verified independently before undertaking any leasing commitment.
